Compensation Resistors and
Gauge Installation Accessories

1. BCM Bondable Resistors are made from a number of metal foils versus backing materials, and their resistance is available in fixed, adjustable, and combination type. With a number of methods to adjust or trim the resistance, BCM bondable resistors are designed and manufactured for use in many applications where precise resistance is required. The most application of them is in the transducer Wheatstone bridge circuit to compensate for temperature-induced errors and to adjust the bridge balance output.

2. BCM bondable terminals are made from advanced copper foil plated with gold and backed with different baking materials for use in different application conditions. The bondable terminals are useful and necessary for wire connection between strain gauges and instruments. BCM Strain-Gauge Installation Accessories include strain-gauge adhesives, protective coatings and sealants, round silver-plated copper leads and flat silver-plated copper ribbons, and polyurethane enamel insulated solid copper wires, which are available in stock and listed in our delivery program.
