Bondable RTD's -
Resistance Temperature Detectors

BCM bondable RTD's include foil resistance temperature detectors (ENI-series) and foil surface-heat gauges (ENA-series). The ENI-series foil RTD is a powerful sensing element for metal surface temperature measurement, e.g. temperature measurement of the metal surface of fluid transmission lines and temperature measurement of the surface of car engines.

The ENA-series foil surface-heat gauges are used for friction-induced strain measurements, such as the measurement of strain magnitude, strain profile and strain evolution. Thanks to those features, the ENA-series surface heat gauges have found many applications in aviation industry, car industry, and satellite industry for friction-induced strain measurements.
