Bondable Soldering Terminals

BCM bondable terminals are made from copper foil and classified into two series: TCI-series and TCG-series. The table below lists the foils and backing materails used to manufacture those two series terminals and their features as well.

	TCI - series terminals	TCG - series terminals
metal foils	specially-chosen copper	gold-plated copper
backing materials	polyimide resin	glass fibre reinforced epoxy resin
terminal features	encapsulated terminals, necessary to use sand paper to get rid off the encapsulation layer of terminals	ready for directly-soldering, suitable for prcision transducer application
