500G Mono-block Pressure Sensors for High Pressure Applications
500G-series is specially designed pressure sensors for high pressure applications. As the 500G pressure sensor is made from one piece of 17-4PH stainless steel (mono-block structure), it possesses a rigid structure and can be used to measure pressures up to 8000bar.
The glass-bonding process is employed to bond silicon strain gauges on the sensor, providing excellent stability, high reliability and low hysteresis to the 500G-series pressure sensors. The mono-block structure of the 500G-series results in trustable mechanical strength and rugged feature, which does not need welding or O-ring sealing, when the 500G pressure sensors are developed to pressure transmitters.
